Owner John Moore welcomes you to his new creation. The new restaurant on the site of the former Oxford Street Grill has opened and provides superb moderately priced Bistro fare from highly acclaimed Chef David Fitzgerald and Navy Yard Bistro and Wine Bar owner John Moore.

The Downtown Bistro and Wine Bar, an urban, fine casual dining spot located in the heart of Lynn's historic district, serves a selection of thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented cuisine. Guests in the clean-lined dining room, with its floor to ceiling windows and beautiful tin ceilings, experience a menu of New American Bistro cuisine, dabbling in Latin and Asian flavors as well as American regional styles.
